Clipody watches your Kick and Twitch VODs like an editor who actually knows the game. It reads the scoreboard, the minimap and your chat, lets Claude pick the moments worth posting, and delivers vertical shorts ready to upload.
Measured on a real pilot stream against a hand-labeled set of 105 goals. Early results from one game and one streamer.
Short-form video is how streamers grow. But one good short takes an editor an hour or two, and a 5-hour stream hides its best minute somewhere in the middle.
Streaming every day means hours of footage every day. Hiring editors is expensive, doing it yourself kills your schedule.
Generic clippers pick moments by volume and keywords. A quiet streamer scores a stunning goal and it gets missed, while a donation alert gets clipped.
Who scored? Was the keeper out of his goal? Did the opponent rage quit? Without reading the game, a tool cannot tell a highlight from noise.
One command takes a stream link and runs the whole pipeline. Local detectors handle the seconds. Claude handles the judgment.
Parallel download of the stream, chat replay and audio. Your voice is separated from game sound.
Scoreboard and clock, minimap radar, pack openings, walkouts, results, opponent quits.
Chat reaction type (laughter, debate, hype), your own lines and the crowd in the game.
Claude rates visual storyboards and chooses which moments become which short format.
Vertical layout, goal-locked camera, captions, sound design, loudness, then a quality gate.
Real shorts from our pilot with a Turkish EA SPORTS FC streamer on Kick. Selection, framing, captions and sound were all produced by the pipeline.
Three empty-net goals from three different matches. The last one is the exact moment the channel itself had picked for its most viewed short.
Three goals, each followed by the opponent quitting the match. Detected from the in-game message on screen.
An own goal that a loudness-based tool would never flag. Found by reading the play, verified frame by frame.
Pilot outputs shared with the streamer's permission. Editing style is still being refined with streamer feedback: longer hooks, more breathing room after each goal and smoother transitions are next.
Claude looks at storyboards of every candidate moment and decides formats and event IDs. It never outputs timestamps: detectors supply the exact frames. That split removed a whole class of timing errors and keeps the cost at cents per stream.
A multi-cue goal detector combines the last live frame, radar, crowd audio and the GOAL board. Measured on held-out goals:
Clipody is in a private pilot. Sales are closed while we refine the editing with real streamer feedback.
Scoreboard, radar, screen states, goal timing, gold set and evaluation.
From a VOD link to ranked, rendered shorts with a quality report.
Longer readable hooks, reaction time after each moment, smooth transitions, loop endings, a Claude "cold viewer" review before render.
Per-streamer style profiles and a feedback loop.
No load on the streamer's PC. Then self-serve: connect your channel, get shorts every morning.

Not yet. We are in a private pilot and sales are closed. Leave your email and channel and we will reach out when spots open.
We start with EA SPORTS FC on Kick, Twitch and YouTube VODs. More games follow once the editing quality is where we want it.
Claude is the judgment layer: it reviews visual storyboards, decides which moments become shorts and in which format, and writes titles. Local detectors provide exact timing, which keeps results precise and the cost low.
No. The pilot runs on a single consumer GPU, and the product will process streams in the cloud so your machine stays free.
We never add licensed music. Sound effects are synthesized in code, and menu music is muted or cut.
